Breakfast is my hardest meal to stay away from sugar. Lately I've had a spurt of hash browns with eggs. Any other good breakfast ideas?

we've rediscovered smoothies. i haven't really been good at making them in the past, but i made some that were pretty good today. i just used frozen strawberries, mango, and oj. we are pretty big oatmeal people. and i've made french toast or oatmeal pancakes with a fruit compote on top instead of syrup. i used a really yummy recipe that mixed peaches, blueberries, and blackberries and it was fantastic. i think i even prefer it to syrup.
Everyone starts at zero points at the beginning of the month.
You LOSE 1 point for every sugar serving you take (max of 2 per week) You LOSE 5 points for every binge day (sugar free-for-all) you take (max of 1 per month)
You GAIN 1 point for every day you follow your personalized exercise regime (max of 3 per week, and 13 per month)
Add them up... the person with the most points wins the $20 prize!
If you take too many sugar servings or binge days, you are disqualified for the month.

Mmm! This means I wasted a sugar serving on syrup when the family made me french toast for Mother's Day. Next time I will request fruit compote!
