Come Join Us- Here's the Rules

If you're looking for a group of people who are all trying to moderate their sugar intake... here it is! This is a new and improved version of something we've done before and everyone is invited. E-mail us or post a comment with a preferred user name and your start date so we can add you to our expanding list!

Here's the "rules:"
  • Only eat 2 servings of dessert per week (candy bars/cookies/cakes/pies etc.)
  • Eat only 1 serving per day maximum from the exception list on the sidebar
  • Make a comment on the blog monthly to report your progress

Feel free to e-mail us from the link on the sidebar to make any suggestions on improvement, add an exception to the list, or have questions about whether a sugar is allowed. We will not add any artificially-sweetened products to the "always allowed sugars" list, including Splenda products.
