Here's the "rules:"
- Only eat 2 servings of dessert per week (candy bars/cookies/cakes/pies etc.)
- Eat only 1 serving per day maximum from the exception list on the sidebar
- Make a comment on the blog monthly to report your progress
Feel free to e-mail us from the link on the sidebar to make any suggestions on improvement, add an exception to the list, or have questions about whether a sugar is allowed. We will not add any artificially-sweetened products to the "always allowed sugars" list, including Splenda products.

I would love to do this with you! I couldn't have done the whole year without sugar, but I know I can do this!
